There are many ways to keep employees happy and make them not want to leave,
and this means not only paying them more.
Three things are seen as of the utmost important to employees. Keeping good
relationships with coworkers is a must. If relationships are good, things
happen more quickly and the company is more productive as a whole. Promoting
teamwork will make your workers interact with one another and have them form
a bond of trust that will extend long after the project is done. And
keeping monotonous tasks to a minimum while always challenging your workers
to do great things is crucial to keeping them engaged. Finally letting
your staff have adequate time with their family will make them happier.
After these three main concerns of employees are addressed, making sure
that they do not feel that their job is at risk is a important thing to take
into consideration. Although I said that pay was not the only factor,
it certainly is a factor involved. Nest on there list is how they feel
their job makes them look – prestige.
