• Vision statement - How will you change the world, what is the problem that you will solve

• Mission statement - what you will do, how will you do it, what is the value that people will get from your solution

• Description of the service or product that you provide and what makes it special (better,         different, etc.)

• Goals - What are the 6 to 10 chief goals for your enterprise and their key objectives

• Business/Organizational model - How you will accomplish your mission

            - Source of funding

            - Who will be your funders

            - Who will be your customers

            - How will they get your service or product

            - Legal structure

            - Management team – Such as: President, executive director, board, board of advisors, etc.

• How will you reach your customer, what is your promotional strategy

• What is your competition - who are they, how will you be better than them or how might you work with them

• Budget for Start up and first year’s operating expenses

• Action plan items.  List of key actions that will be necessary to start the enterprise
